Tons of great quality furniture. Sales people are obviously on commission. It's hard to shake them and walk around by yourself!
Because we like nice things. we've been there more than two times of course you got the friendly salesmen and saleswomen they're all great people and help you out as much as possible
Fantastic! I was surprised when walking in (not the same boring pieces you see at all of the other furniture stores). Carol house had lots of different styles to chose from. The sales guy that greeted us was incredibly helpful and respectful. He helped us navigate the show room and stayed within our budget. I ended up buying my first new (not just "new to me" sofa!). And to top it all off, they are animal people as well! Promoting rescue animals, not using leather and helping to fund the quick fix clinic on Jefferson. I can't say enough great things about Carol House!
This was our first visit to Carol House Furniture @38 Marshall Rd) and it will remain as very good experience overall. My wife asked me to write this review for Tony Walker (specifically) who helped us in product selection thru final purchase. We will give a 5 star for Tony and he was really helpful. About the store, this is one of biggest furniture stores i ever visited and with excellent product collection. Will visit again and refer others too.
Michael was a fabulous salesman. He really took all the time we needed to make the right decisions. He also had some great ideas, and showed us a couple pieces that could fit our vision. Don't let his youth fool you--he's a natural! The rest of the staff was super nice, and made the process simple. We can't wait for our custom Flexsteel sectional to be delivered!
