Every time I show up to get something no one answers the drive-through so I leave. Employees are lazy
Eventually I gave up and pulled forward to the window. Inside were some Taco Bell employees. A woman looked up and saw me but went about whatever task she was doing. I wanted a few more minutes before abandoning the money I already paid via the app and headed to another Taco Bell location where I had my food in less than two minutes from when I entered the parking lot.
I normally avoid this location and my past behavior was reinforced on my most recent visit. I ordered food via the mobile app and then went to the restaurant drive through at approximately 10:20pm. There were no cars ahead of me and I pulled up to the ordering screen. I sat there for at least five minutes and no one spoke to me over the speaker. In fact, another car pulled up behind me and then reversed out of the drive through lane while I waited because it was taking so long.
Apparently they close at 10pm but all the signing says 2am and the app will still take your money because corporate doesn’t know they’re closing early. Yeah. Pretty sure that’s an integrity issue that needs a significant disciplinary response, like revoking their franchise license.
Good fast food. Very friendly. Clean. Prompt. My favorite TB in St. Louis area. Hours 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
This taco bell sucks staff is all on drug's.been there a few times in past weeks everytime order always messed up. After fourth time wont go back
Had a crunchwrap supreme and there was barely anything on it. Not going back, so disappointed in them.. money wasted.
