Great service and rates! The storage areas are clean, secure, and accessible. We rented a 5x10 and a 10x20. The 5x10 was inside. We had no issues with access. There is a flatbed cart on site you can use, but if someone else has it you may be out of luck. Lights are on timers and ventilation inside is fair. Even in June/July 2017 the temperature inside was 10-15 degrees less than outside with just roof vents. You can bring your own lock, but the one you can buy from them works and it very robust. Out 5x10 indoor unit had no light in the unit, but the hall lighting was sufficient. The 10x20 we also had was outside and had a large rollup door. These units have a light in them and you can drive up to them. Great for larger items and super easy to access. We had no issues with rainwater getting in. Management worked well with us on closeout. We cleaned up the unit, walked up to the office, and were able to close everything out within a hour. Note that you do NOT get rates prorated back to you. So if you just paid for a month and you are a week in, you will not get those 3 weeks back. This is explained going in, but worth putting here as not all remember that at the end.
